First Nations Christian Recovery Program :: Outpatient Alcohol Treatment Program Minnesota
Overcomer's Ministry has been licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide an outpatient alcohol treatment program in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis. The program is located at the Overcomer's First Nations Institute at 2020 Bloomington Avenue South. Participants are referred from the neighborhood at the other service organization in its region.

Overcomer's is in the process of raising development funds to fully launch the program that will include training, technical assistance; a part-time licensed chemical dependency counselor and psychologist and other associated costs. A Native advisory committee has been established to help guide the process. The Overcomer's/AICDC model is the first of its kind for native people in the region.
