Overcomers of Afflictions (OCA)
From September through April, Overcomers of Afflictions meetings are held on Monday evenings at 2100 Bloomington Avenue South in Minneapolis. The 90 unit apartment facility is for handicapped and disabled individuals, 65% of which are Native American. Since 1988, Overcomer's Ministry has sponsored the weekly meetings to assist individuals who are struggling with alcohol and other afflictions in their lives. Participants who attend live in the building and surrounding community. Special speakers, prayer, music, and testimonies are the highlights of the OCA meetings.

Participants listen to testimonies and inspiration from others
